		Nov. 17, Moline It was cold and windy outside at Bass Street Landing Monday, but those taking part in the groundbreaking ceremony of the proposed Kone Centre in downtown Moline were undaunted. Kone will be the anchor tenant, occupying floors three through 10. It could be up to 20 stories depending on the number of condominiums sold. Moline Mayor Don Welvaert said the minimum will be 18 floors with the maximum at 20....more
