		Sept. 4, London A joint venture between three developers in London's Docklands could see one of the tallest residential skyscrapers ever proposed for London. Located off just south of Canary Wharf off Marsh Wall around 3 Millharbour, the trio of developers Ballymore, Oracle & Galliard are hoping to get a scheme through the planning process so large it will completely rip up the original Millennium Quarter Masterplan that was drafted by Tower Hamlets council....more
