		Nov. 6, Nottingham Skyscrapers up to 30 storeys high could be built in Nottingham, with plans for a "tall-building zone" in the city. Sections of the Eastside regeneration area, from the Victoria Centre to Sneinton Market and the railway line, have been earmarked for the towering buildings in a new Urban Design Guide for the city.
