In what has been hailed as a "major achievement" for the central city, a whole office block has been sold to the department of public works for R72,5-million. The block, which comprises 11 buildings on 2 850 square metres, will be developed into an 18-storey mixed use office and retail building. To be known as "The Pulse", the 18-storey block is the second tall building to be given the green light by the city of Cape Town....more
