		Oct. 27, South Korea KlingStubbins has been awarded design of the 3.4 million sq ft,  Gateway Business Center in  Songdo International Business District, Incheon, South Korea. Gateway Business Center will form the figural entry to the new metropolis. Five office towers sit atop a multi-story retail base and an underground parking facility.
