Construction work has begun on a new project in Tokyo, Japan. Tentatively named the Shibuya Shin Bunka Gaiku Project, the 34 storey tower forms part of a redevelopment plan centered around Shibuya Station elements of which has been penned by renowned architect Tadao Ando.  Rectangular in shape, the tower sits on a columned base and rises skywards to several flat roofs.
