The Burj Dubai has been delayed by a further three months and will not open until December 2009.  The contractors said the delay was due to work that still needed to be carried out on the outside and inside of the building, set to become the tallest building in the world.  A person close to the Burj Dubai's developer, Emaar Properties, confirmed the tower will not be completed until December 2009.  Emaar Chairman Mohamed Ali Alabbar told reporters in June 2008...more.
