  Tallest 10 Buildings Completed in 2007
Topping the list is the 333m Rose Rotana Tower in Dubai, which also becomes the world's tallest hotel-only building. Of the overall ten tallest buildings, four are located in the Middle East, four in Asia, one in North America and one in Europe. Click here to view the full list.
