CHICAGO – The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) was honored to host a delegation of government officials – which included Deputy Magistrate Guangjie Hu from the Shanghai Huangpu District People’s Government – in Chicago. Organized by CTBUH Academic Coordinator & IIT Visiting Assistant Professor Dr. Peng Du, the delegation visited Aqua Tower as well as the Council’s new Global Headquarters located at the Monroe Building.
