Join CTBUH Seattle for a tour of the under-construction 970 Denny Way building. Located at the southernmost edge of South Lake Union and the northernmost edge of Denny Triangle, the mixed-use building is positioned to enhance the walkability and transit orientation of Seattle’s downtown.

The tower is composed of two major contrasting vertical elements that help break down the mass into a layered composition of alternating glass colors. The top of the tower is terraced and sculpted, and features a rooftop garden and owner’s lounge, where views of Lake Union, The Space Needle, and Elliot Bay can be enjoyed by residents.

The tour will feature a blend of completed and in-progress spaces throughout the building.  We will meet at Holland Partners' site office at 4:30 p.m. for a brief overview of the project before our exploration of the tower.  Please bring your own personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes a hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, long pants, and sturdy boots.

The tour will be followed by a happy hour with the first round kindly sponsored by Weber Thompson.
