Details:	The International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering is pleased to announce the IABSE 2008 congress, "Creating and Renewing Urban Structures – Tall Buildings, Bridges and Infrastructure".  This three-day event is being organized by the USA Group of IABSE and co-sponsored by ASCE and CTBUH.  The theme of the congress will cover four topics:  Design Challenges, Learning from Experience, Creative Design and Construction Processes and Engineering as a Global Profession.
