Pinnacle @ Duxton: Superdensity – Reimagining the high-rise housing typology
Lawrence Pak, Deputy Director, Singapore Housing and Development Board
Peng Beng Khoo, Lead Designer, ARC Studio Architecture + Urbanism
Pinnacle @ Duxton has integrated public outdoor green spaces at height with the creation of two usable linear skyparks as well as a large park space on the podium. It creates a high level of density on site without sacrificing access to green space. This is all the more remarkable considering that the project is essentially a public housing scheme.
