While much research is currently being undertaken in the field of tall buildings, there does however seem to be a genuine absence of communication and collaboration between those involved. The opportunities for such networking and collaboration are significant. The identification of research gaps, joint applications for research funding bids, support, discussion and possible collaboration on research projects and publications are just a few of the many advantages.
The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat is the perfect organization to facilitate the networking and collaboration between those involved in the research of tall buildings at both an academic and industrial level, or those who are looking to move into this field.
