Cecily was a partner in the Engineering and Construction group in the London office of DLA Piper. She specialized in non-contentious construction and infrastructure procurement. She acted for the public sector, developers, employers, end users, funders and contractors. Cecily has been acknowledged as a leader in her field by Legal 500 and she is a member of the Society of Construction Law. Cecily was a frequent speaker on construction law and practice and was regularly asked by the media to comment on issues relevant to this sector.
